Return Policy

Refund, Exchange & Return Policy:
All items are returnable, exchangeable & refundable as long as they meet these conditions: excludes bulky ex: bodyboards & wheelie board bags

Sizing is wrong:
You can return item if sizing is wrong ( whether you choose wrong size or wrong size sent) & item is original new condition, same as when you received it.

Incorrect Order:
You can return item if sizing or description does not match information on website.

Faulty Item:
The item you received is faulty or defective in some way & still under warranty.

Incorrect Information:
The item does not match website description.

When returning items please return back to address on invoice:

Please include invoice & write what size you’d like to exchange for, or problem with item. Same day we receive we’ll either return with new size or call regarding changes or refunds.

Any other item is shipped with Australia Post.
