Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery – We ship worldwide!

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping to all Australian orders over $100. For bodyboards and larger items such as wheelbase board bags we currently use Fastway.
Orders under $100 are not eligible for Free Shipping. A minimal shipping rate will be calculated with Australia Post based on the weight of your order.

Click and Collect
If you are based on the Sydney or South Coast we offer click & collect. If you wish to do so please select in store pick up at the check out.

Delivery
Delivery via Australia Post is on business day and not on weekends or public holidays. Australia Post deliver with safe drop- Orders left in a safe place if there is no one at the delivery address to sign for the delivery. If the delivery cannot be left in a safe place, a calling card will be left in your mailbox advising of the Australia Post location where you can collect your delivery.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Strikes, floods, bush fire etc)
We ship your larger orders through Fastway Monday – Friday and can not send to PO BOX.

Parcels are generally delivered between the hours 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. If there is going to be no one home at the time of delivery, you must leave special delivery instructions at the payment item checkout (e.g. leave at front door) or having your Items to delivered to a Business Address would be Ideal.
You can track all items sent via Australia post at this link – http://auspost.com.au/track/, you will receive a tracking number only once your order is processed.

Delivery Expectations
We pride ourselves on our customer service and care for customers needs with purchasing products from our website.
We are all to aware of the anticipation that comes with ordering online. Please understand we strive to get the quickest turn around time possible, from the moment you place your order to the moment we ship it out. Provided your ordered product(s) is/are in stock we will do everything within our power to have them shipped out the same, if not, the next day of your order being processed. Understand our shipping facilities operate 9-5 week days. So if you place your order after 5pm it will be assessed the following morning. If you place your order over a weekend, it will be sent the next business week day.
The majority of items SHOULD arrive to you within 2-3 business days after being SHIPPED if you are on the East Coast of Australia. West Coast of Australia will normally take 5 – 7 business days.

International Customers
To all our international customers Australia Post suggests parcels to be delivered between 7-21 working days. We can not however guarantee this delivery time as it is somewhat variable dependant on your country and region. 
International shipping rates are calculated at the checkout and take into account the weight and size of the product(s) you have ordered and the region you are shipping to. Once you selected your country you will be given a rate for your shipping. If you’re happy with this, you can then continue to the checkout.

Pricing In Our Online Store
All prices in our online store are in Australian dollars. We will bill your method of payment in Australian dollars and your card company will convert the charges for you.

Where delivery fees apply, they are charged in addition.
Customers located outside of Australia should check the Delivery Information for further information about possible customs, import and similar duties and charges that may apply to their order.

Are The Prices Online The Same In Store?
We endeavour to keep our prices consistent throughout our stores and online. Occasionally, our pricing may be different online to in store, due to special promotions etc. that are only available in one channel.

To Make A Purchase Using Afterpay You Will Need
• An Australian Visa or MasterCard credit card or debit card. Afterpay does not accept any prepaid cards.

How Do I Use Afterpay In Store?

Important Information
• There is a maximum order limit of $1,000
• For online purchases over $500 or for purchases by new Afterpay customers the first payment is required at the time of the purchase. The remaining three instalments will be deducted each fortnight over the next 6 weeks.
• For online purchases under $500 from existing Afterpay customers, the first payment will be deducted 2 weeks after the purchase and the remaining three instalments deducted each fortnight over the following 6 weeks (8 weeks in total).
• For in store purchases the first payment is required at the time of the purchase. The remaining three instalments will be deducted each fortnight over the next 6 weeks.
• Instalments are automatically deducted from the nominated credit/debit card when payment is due. Please ensure that you have funds available on your nominated card when payment is due. You can also choose to make a payment before the due date by logging into your Afterpay account.
• If you fail to pay an instalment by the due date you will be charged a $10 late payment fee by Afterpay and will be charged a further $7 late payment fee if the payment has still not been paid within 7 days. Contact Afterpay if there are extenuating circumstances, which will not allow you to make payments on or before the scheduled date. Please refer to Afterpay’s full terms & conditions.

• It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery details when purchasing from us. We will use all reasonable efforts to deliver your order to the address specified on the order. We do not accept liability, whether for direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage, arising due to you (the customer) providing an incorrect address. So make sure you double and triple & check your details are correct!

• We are not responsible should your package go missing in transit. We will do our best to assist in the parcels recovery, however missing packages remain the responsibility of Australia Post and Fastway. Their missing mail process can be found on their Websites.
